HOLY ROSARY CHURCH
Holy Rosary Church will close after 12 noon Mass on Sunday 4 August 2019. Work to replace the roof and to update the church interior, providing new sanctuary furniture and other necessary modifications will begin immediately. The church will remain closed until the work is completed.
From Monday 5 August morning Mass at 10.00 am will be celebrated in St Eugene's Church Moneyneena as well as the 6.00 pm Saturday Vigil Mass. There will be no 12 noon Mass in the parish on a Sunday during this short time.
In this Fortieth Anniversary Year of the opening of Holy Rosary Church, we look forward to the reopening of the church, where so much of the prayer life of the Parish of Ballinascreen is centred.
DERRY DIOCESAN SOCIETY
The 10.00 am Mass in Holy Rosary Church on Wednesday July 24 will be offered for the deceased members of the Derry Diocesan Society.

The Sacred Heart Messengers, for July and August are available to purchase in the Church porches. HUDY’S WAY CHARITY WALK
Charity Walk in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support on Saturday 27 July from An Rath Dubh Moneyneena. Registration from 8.00 am. Long walk (6 miles) starts at 9.00 am, short walk (3miles) starts at 11.00 am. Walkers are advised to wear suitable footwear for roads and hill walking and to bring water and a light snack.
