DIOCESAN PILGRIMAGE TO LOURDES 2025
Fr Peter Madden and Fr Michael McCaul are accompanying the pilgrims from the Diocese of Derry including the youth from the parishes of Ballinascreen and Desertmartin to Lourdes this week. This annual diocesan pilgrimage will be led by Bishop Donal McKeown and begins on Monday 30 June and ends on Friday 4 July. Fr McCaul is the Spiritual Director of the pilgrimage. Fr Peter and Fr Michael will offer prayers, Masses and light candles for the intentions of everyone in the parish, especially the housebound and the sick.
Many thanks to Fr Sean McGuigan who will celebrate Mass at the usual times and be available for any emergencies should they arise. His contact number is: 07789886175.
Upon their return both Fr Peter and Fr Michael will visit the sick and housebound of Ballinascreen on Monday 7 July, Tuesday 8 July and Wednesday 9 July.

SUMMER DRAW 2025
This year’s annual Summer Draw will take place over the five Saturdays in August. Winners will be announced every Saturday at the 6.00 p.m. Mass in Holy Rosary Church.
All proceeds from this draw will go to our church renovation fund for the upkeep of all our churches in the parish. St Eugene's Moneyneena will hopefully be completed this year when the interior plaster above the sanctuary is restored and the damage done to the sacristy area by the ingress of water, prior to repointing of the outer stone work of the church, is repaired. Prizes are as follows:

PARISH PILGRIMAGE TO LOUGH DERG 2025
Those interested in doing the Lough Derg Pilgrimage this year might like to know that Fr Michael will be on the three day pilgrimage beginning Thursday 10 July. Pilgrims should make their own travel arrangements and
Fr Michael will be happy to link up with any parishioners on pilgrimage while he is there.

The Fund offers grants of up to £2,000 to community and voluntary groups within a five-mile radius of the Brackagh Quarry Wind Farm site.
