POPE LEO  @PONTIFEX

Every true encounter is free and cannot be bought: whether it is with God, with others, or with nature. We must simply become guests: make space and also ask for it; welcome and allow ourselves to be welcomed. We are called not only to give, but also to receive.

PRAYER FOR VOCATIONS In this weekend's gospel Jesus teaches His disciples - and us - to pray, and encourages us to ask persistently for the things we need, especially the gift of the Holy Spirit which we ask the Lord to pour down abundantly on our seminarians and those considering a vocation to the diocesan priesthood.
