ANNUAL MASSES FOR DECEASED PARISHIONERS
The Annual Parish Mass for the deceased parishioners will take place on Friday 9 November at 7.30 pm in St Columba’s Church, Straw. The names of all who have died in Ballinascreen or were buried or waked in our parish since last year’s Annual Requiem Mass, will be read out at this Mass.
The Annual Mass for deceased parishioners of Desertmartin Parish will take place on Friday November 16 in St Patrick’s Curch, Keenaught at 7.30 pm.
SPECIAL BOOKS OF REMEMBRANCE
A Book of Remembrance will be placed in each of the churches in the parish for parishioners to enrol the names of their deceased loved ones. These books will remain in place for the month of November.

Annual Diocesan Mass for Deceased Children and Young People will be celebrated by Bishop Donal McKeown in St Eugene’s Cathedral, Derry, on Sunday 11 November at 7.00 pm. The Diocese of Derry extends an invitation to all who are grieving the loss of a young relative or friend to come together in prayer and support.
