We are also grateful to St Columba’s Parish Choir and everyone who helped in many different ways to ensure our children’s Confirmation Ceremony in St Columba’s Church was special. Thanks also to the children’s parents and sponsors whom we encourage to continue supporting these children on their faith journey. We also thank St Colm’s GAC for the refreshments after the Ceremony.
The Parish Draw commences its new year at the end of this month. Over the years it has made a very valuable contribution to the funds of the Parish, as well as providing £2000 in prizes to you, the contributors each month. We are very grateful to our many parishioners and friends who support this Draw and we trust this support will continue. We are also encouraging more parishioners and friends to please support the Draw this year. Annual subscription is £60 or £5 per month. It is our hope that you will give the promoters your support when they call over the next few weeks. You may also join the Draw through the Parish Office. We would also like to acknowledge and sincerely thank all the Promoters who willingly give so much of their time to collecting each month. Their work is greatly appreciated. If you are willing to become a Promoter in your area or work place please contact the Parish Office. Promoters’ cards now in Parish Office.
